Harley Davidson Speedometer Odometer Not Working

Harley Davidson Speedometer Odometer Not Working. I'm thinking the speedometer went bad, but the intermittent working before total failure makes me think a loose. I checked all fuses and appear to have proper voltage at the speedo.
